Fambase was not a redesign project but a completely new product that needed to be built from scratch. The fundamental problem creators faced was their over-reliance on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, where algorithms determined their success. Many creators struggled because their reach was controlled by algorithms, monetization options were unreliable, there was no centralized space for their most loyal fans, and they lacked ownership of their audience.

Since Fambase was a new platform, the entire product and UX strategy was developed to maximize usability, engagement, and monetization.
